Hari Raya Celebration in India

October 1st 2008,
Ate lemang, Nasi Empit, 'Wet' Rendang, Cookies, and Layer cake at the senior's block in the evening.

Satisfying meal!

October 2nd 2008,
Smell of Satay woke me up at around 9a.m in the morning. My neighbor and peers were grilling satay they prepared a day earlier for the Raya feast soon after that.
Brushed my teeth and bathe and waited for the feast to begin. Nothing happened. So I continued my sweet sleep until 11.30a.m when Razali rang my doorbell. Woke up and got ready for food!
Took some pictures.
Feast begun. Great food. More people came soon after that. I ate from beginning till the end.

Today October 4th,2008 My Screwpine Plant(Pandan) Finally Fell & Surrendered To The Heat In Salem!! Condolences..

I woke up today realising that my Pandan plant has gone yellow and when I tried to regenerate it by applying some soft pulsing pressure on it, the leaves came falling down. SAD...

The roots are still fresh though. So I'm trying to regenerate it by changing the soil. Hopefully it will survive and reborn like phoenix rising from the ashes!!

Salem PIDC hostel fellowmen, pray for my Pandan Plant if you guys want to savor the fragrance of pandan in your condiments!! LOL...

FINALLY I HAVE A SKULL!!!

First of all i want to thank the kind and helpful seniors here!!
I'm so ashame of myself because a senior gave me a skull but until today I don't know what his name is. So lame...lol

Well a skull actually costs Rs300 here if I'm not mistaken. Correct me if I'm wrong batchmates.
I got mine free thanks to that senior.
